New Only Green Compensation Plan!


The OnlyGreen compensation plan has been improved and simplified. On average, the compensation plan is 7% higher than the previous commission plan. Here are a few of the highlights:

•    Your monthly rewards are now calculated from just three things:

1.    Your commission
Commission remains as straightforward as before—just BETTER! We’ve now increased the base commission rate up to 25% of retail sales.

2.    Personal sales bonus
The Personal Sales Bonus is still a simple lookup chart: if your total retail sales for the month fall within a specified range you get the corresponding reward. Easy as that.

3.    Team bonus
We’ve done away with the confusing central/silver/group/matching-style bonuses. Instead, simply earn a reward based on the sales of the people you recruit, a slightly smaller reward on the people THEY recruit and so on. The number of levels down in your team on which you earn rewards is now based on your rank not your recruits’! Gone are the days of earning less from a recruit’s efforts just because that recruit achieved a higher rank. If your recruits are more successful, your support gets rewarded more as well!

For those who wish to take full advantage of the Team Bonus reward, it’s advantageous to build your team both wide (recruit many people directly under yourself, since these are the people who you support the most closely and earn the most from), and later deep (help the recruits under you build teams of their own) as this will allow you to earn higher ranks and better reward percentages on your team.

•    The personal sales bonus and team bonus are now based on a new concept called the Bonus Pool rather than directly on retail prices. Our objective is to maintain our “lifestyle approach” by providing products that we manufacture and in some cases represent based on our EcoAdvisor recommendations. The bonus pool value reflects our profitability for each item in our catalogue which will be published separately and certainly reflects higher bonuses for items that OnlyGreen manufactures! It’s our way of passing our profits on to you for your efforts.

•    Ranks are now based on the sales of your team by levels removed from you rather than their ranks. So, for example, the Central Team Sales requirement is now defined as the sales of your first three levels. This means: your sales (level 0) plus the sales of your direct recruits (level 1) plus the sales of their recruits (level 2) plus the sales of THEIR recruits (level 3). If any of those recruits achieve a rank of Silver or above? Nothing changes!

This change means that as long as you continue to build and motivate your team to sell as much (or, hopefully, more!) each month your rank will never drop no matter what rank your recruits achieve.

While this compensation plan has been designed based on the product mix in our new Spring/Summer catalogue, which is effective April 1, we wanted to launch this compensation plan now so you can gain an understanding of how it works. To ease in the transition to the new model, we will be providing you with the highest commission rate achieved from either the old or new compensation model until June. We will also be monitoring the plan and may make some minor adjustments if required.
